Please note the following terms:
1. Rental Period & Pricing: The equipment will be delivered to you approximately 1 to 2 weeks before the event. Our pricing is based on the competition days only, as listed above.
2. Equipment Rental Only: This rental covers the equipment itself. A user manual will be provided for your guidance. Please note that operational assistance (including setup, operation, and teardown of the lighting equipment) is not included in the rental fee and will be your team's responsibility.
3. Payment Terms: Full payment for the rental is required upfront before the equipment is released; card, cash, or check accepted.
4. Delivery and Pickup: Our service includes convenient delivery of the equipment to your specified location and pickup after the event concludes. Date of delivery can be arranged.
5. Damage or Loss to the Equipment: The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the time of delivery to the time of our pickup. You are liable for any and all damages, loss, or theft of the equipment, regardless of cause or fault. In the event of damage or loss, you agree to pay the full cost of repair or replacement of the equipment, as determined by LightTrack Systems. You will be invoiced for these costs, which are due upon receipt.
6. Liability to Third Parties: You assume all risk and liability for any injuries to persons or property damage arising from the use, possession, or operation of the rental equipment during the rental period. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LightTrack Systems from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, and legal fees resulting from any such injuries or damages.
Insurance Requirements: The Renter shall maintain a General Liability insurance policy with a minimum coverage limit of [$1,000,000 per-occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate]. This policy must name LightTrack Systems as an "Additional Insured" and a copy of the Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided to LightTrack Systems at least 14 days prior to the rental period.
